Steady Freddy Birthday Refund Draw — Terms & Conditions

Thanks for celebrating our birthday with us. This page records how the birthday refund draw works. The promotion is closed to new entries.

  1. Promoter. Steady Freddy US LLC, operator of steadyfreddy.com ("we").
  2. The offer. As announced by email on July 7, 2026: 10 orders from the first 100 qualifying orders will be fully refunded.
  3. Entry window. Entry was automatic. Every qualifying order placed on steadyfreddy.com from July 7, 2026 at 10:30am ET until the 100th qualifying order was received (July 14, 2026 at 1:02pm ET) is in the draw. The promotion is now closed — orders placed after the 100th qualifying order are not entered, and no further entries are possible.
  4. Qualifying order. Any paid order on steadyfreddy.com during the entry window, with no minimum spend, no bundle requirement and no code needed. Orders that are cancelled, fully refunded, or subject to a payment dispute before the draw date do not qualify. Each order counts as one entry; a maximum of one winning order per customer.
  5. The draw. 10 winning orders will be selected at random from the qualifying pool in August 2026.
  6. The prize. Each winning order is refunded in full including shipping, up to US$500 per order, to the original payment method within 10 business days of the draw. Winners will be notified by email at the address on their order. No action is required to claim.
  7. Exclusions. Employees and contractors of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible. If a winning order has already been refunded in full under our 30-Night Guarantee, a replacement winner is drawn.
  8. General. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Promoter's decision is final. Void where prohibited.
